We are accustomed to undertaking valuations and providing advice for a wide variety of clients and purposes including; insolvency procedures and corporate recovery, Proceeds of Crime Act proceedings, disposal, acquisition, third party finance, residual forecasts, floatation, merger, restructuring, privatisation, due diligence, financial statements, property investment, development and more.

Banking & Finance
Residual valuations as well as asset identification, current valuation and future disposal advice in the case of sale and lease back scenarios, are a core part of our business, together with stock and inventory appraisals.
Also in line with new financial requirements, IFRS regulation accounting valuations, can be undertaken.
In certain cases we also undertake LPA Receivership instructions on behalf of banking clients
Asset Sales
Maximising realisation is our speciality, using our combined experience of not only conducting sales and locating the most appropriate purchaser groups, but also choosing the sale methodology to best suit the subject property or assets, whether that be an exciting competitive auction, a closely controlled sale by tender or an individually negotiated private treaty sale, but always with integrity and total control of the balance often required between disposal timescales and maximum realisation.
We utilise traditional advertising together with digital photography and internet based media as appropriate.
Any asset sales can be catered for from individual machines to vehicles or entire production lines and trading businesses.
Corporate Recovery

From our extensive database we are able to locate potential tenants/purchasers and advise on the preparation of Heads of Terms prior to instructing solicitors. We act on retail, commercial, industrial and office properties.
Development Consultancy
On behalf of major lending institutions, landowners and property companies we advise on residential and business park developments. Many years of dealing with Local Planning Authorities puts us in an ideal position to advise on key planning issues on commercial and mixed use schemes.
Property Investment
With investors prepared to accept low initial yields on commercial investments it is even more important to ensure that there is a secure rental stream and income growth. From our wide knowledge of rental values we are able to advise prospective purchasers on the type of property that will perform best in the market place. Investment opportunities are also identified for retaining Clients in “off-market” situations. On investment disposals we have marketed and managed a large number of “best and final offer” situations on behalf of companies and financial institutions.
