Roles & Co operate from offices in Central London at Fenchurch Street in the City. We also have associations with other independent consulting businesses in the North of England for situations where co-ordinated national coverage may be required, in addition to extensive overseas experience.
We are an independent, owner managed, multi discipline Chartered Surveying practice, with principals who have developed sound personal reputations in the industry over many decades.
Our core business is the provision of valuation and disposal advice, together with the management of disposal programmes, for all types of property, industrial plant and machinery, stock and business assets, across all sectors of industry.

We are not owned by any foreign corporation, nor do we ever act as dealer principals or take a financial interest in any assets we value or sell, to ensure no potential for any conflict of interest.

Small enough to care about each individual case and offer a rapid response, we are also experienced enough to cope with a wide range of challenges and are always looking, through whatever means, to provide additional value added aspects to our service levels.
Individual director led attention to detail and communication, is also critical to maintaining and developing the high levels of trust and confidence our clients place in us. We will always assign a lead director to each case who will remain not only completely in control of the project from start to finish, but also in continual communication with our client throughout.
